Civil Society Development Centre (STGM – Sivil Toplum Gelistirme Merkezi Derneği).

Resource Centre for CSOs in Turkey aims to strengthen the competency, transparency, effectiveness, accountability and self-governance of civil society organizations by supporting organizational development and contributing to the improvement of their working standards, enabling environment effectiveness and efficiency of the EU support. Improve their organizational capacity by strengthening membership base, internal governance structures and monitoring and evaluation, financial management and outreach capacities Improve their thematic capacities in monitoring, advocacy, networking and participation in the policymaking processes Expand their financial capability by strengthening their membership base and fundraising capacities.

Offering Help Desk Services for CSOs including information provision, giving advice and direct technical assistance; Providing for Local CSOs organisational capacity development and digital empowerment programme; Supporting CSO-Public Institutions Cooperation; Establishing a civil society school; Offering in kind support for CSO-Academy partnership; Having an institutional coaching programme; Providing technical supports to EU funded projects; Preparing publications on fundraising, collecting aid and economic activities; Publishing weekly e-bulletins; Offering resource materials, manuals and guidelines for CSOs; Developing webinars on various topics related civil society; Preparing a donor and CSO database; Organising Civil Voices Festival.
